Return & Refund Policy

At Desi Swag, we want you to love what you wear. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

• The item is unused and unwashed
• Tags are intact
• The product is in original condition
• The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

Items returned without meeting these conditions will not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Used or washed products
• Items damaged after delivery
• Products without original tags
• Sale or clearance items (if applicable)


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Email us at: support@desiswag.in

Include:
• Order number
• Product name
• Reason for return
• Photos (if product is damaged or incorrect)

Once approved, we will arrange pickup (where available) or provide return instructions.


4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed after product inspection
• Refund will be issued to original payment method
• For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
• Refunds may take 5–7 business days after approval

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size issues (subject to stock availability).
If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued.


6. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

• Report within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos
• We will replace it at no extra cost
